To their credit they had done research and figured it was time to buy a home. The amount of information available online for loan options can actually make the process a little daunting. We have a conversation, learn about your family, your income, your credit and your savings. Next I evaluate which loan options fit into your needs, beginning with zero down. If zero down doesn’t fit then we go to 3% then 3.5% then 5% and so on. I provide loan options to minimize your out-of-pocket cash to help make buying your home easier.

Since 2006 my family rented several houses in Kona only to be faced with rising rents, pet/animal restrictions, aging appliances, and…two houses sold right out from under our feet! We didn’t think we’d ever be able to buy a home in Hawaii. However, in 2015 with perseverance  we did. The experience was so enlightening to me, that I decided I want to help others do the same.
