What is your ‘Dream Home’?

When I was single and 20, I wanted a crash-pad I could invite my friends over, entertain, no maintenance and insulated walls in case I had neighbors!

In my 30’s I was married with 3 children so I wanted a big home with a dining room for holidays, porch swing out front and a fenced yard out back.

In my 40’s my kids were older, needed to get into town (Kona), started kid-jobs and wanted their own places to hang out (without us!)

In my 50’s one is out and the other two are on their way. I’m staring at the yard, the pool, all the square footage and wondering what’s next?
