Hawaiian Ocean View Estates, HOVE, or Ocean View is located in the Ka`u District even though most refer to it as South Kona. There are approximately 10,000 1-acre lots up mauka from the highway and 1-to-3 acre lots makai of the highway. There are essential ammenitites including grocery stores, fuel, water, post office and several restaurants and music venues.
A portion of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park stretches just North of Ocean View so check out the park. And just a few miles South of Ocean View is South Point Road taking you to the southernmost point in the United States.

Ocean View is 45 minutes from Kailua Kona and 1-hour from the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport.
