Big Island Lending Group. After a run-around with Wells Fargo in 2015, I was referred to Gina Botelho at Big Island Lending Group. We were buying our first home since living in Hawaii so it was a big deal. She organized our finances and worked closely so we could purchase our home later that year. During the process I kept thinking that I need a career change and should help people buy their homes. I simmered, researched, read and overloaded on becoming a loan originator. Two years later I was licensed and accepted my first loan origination position at Big Island Lending Group. Foregoing the digital age, Gina relies on tried and true paper files and processing. While I gradually adapted my own digital based method, I ultimately follow the structure, or stacking order, based upon those thick paper files at Big Island Lending Group. Gina is a genuine and caring person and I was fortunate to begin my career with her.
